Teddi: - After the worst year of my life it is the motivation to get up and continue on and stay off antidepressant medication.

D.J.: - When I first met with Deanna I felt that I had all the puzzle pieces to get in shape, lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle but for the life of me I could not put those puzzle pieces together! Deanna has helped me to not only put the pieces together but she has also taught me how to keep them together through all life’s twists and turns.
Deanna is exceptional at creating plans that fit the individual’s needs and desires. She listens, she observes, she asks questions…she really gets to know YOU and as a result is able to tailor make a program that is exciting, doable, and ultimately successful! MELISSA: - Moving around so much in a military lifestyle has always proven hard for me as someone who has to work at maintaining weight and strength. It seems I often put myself at the bottom of the list while making sure that my kids are settled, and that my family feels good in our new space.
I also have historically had a hard time with finding a good fit with fitness classes, or training. And if I do find a good fit, I usually move shortly after that. And I start all over again.
I first met Deanna in one of those classes. I loved her approach to working out, and I especially loved her desire to tailor the experiences to our levels. She challenged me to make things harder, and I loved that.
When Deanna began to offer online training, I was very intrigued. And I also knew I could count on her to listen to me and hear my specific needs. She would challenge me, even if it was long distance. And on the other side of the country.
I have loved my time with Deanna, and I continue to appreciate her availability as well as her desire to push me to try harder. Take care of myself. And to honestly just listen to me when I am having a hard day.
She trusts me to know myself. And I also trust her to know how I need to be pushed.

JAMIE: - I have struggled with weight loss and getting fit for years. I am a breast cancer survivor and had basically given up on ever getting my energy and strength levels back up. I would not join a gym because I found them intimidating and scary. I knew I could not complete most of the classes.
A friend invited me to try F.E.S., promising it would be nothing like any other fitness gym and program. I was nervous but I knew I needed help so I tried F.E.S. and immediately loved it! Deanna modified for me so I could complete the classes and even when I felt I couldn't I was never embarrassed or intimidated to let her know. She is an excellent trainer and makes getting fit fun.

TESSLYN: - I was diagnosed with a disease that makes it very difficult to lose weight. Because of this, I decided to attend F.E.S Fitness classes to try and aid in my weight and health management.
Deanna at F.E.S. has done an amazing job helping me reach my fitness goals. I am a pretty tough client, as I tend to injure myself and require special workout plans, but she is always willing to work with me to get a routine that fits my personal needs, even in a group setting.
