How does nutrition consultation and habit-building work?
For 6 weeks, we will work together focusing on your nutrition and building those healthier habits through small practical changes to help you achieve your goal. This will be a one-time payment for the following 6 weeks.
When you purchase the consultation, I will email you a nutritional consultation form to complete for my review and will schedule a phone or video call with you to go over the information with you.
Based on your needs and goals, I will be asking you to complete a 3-day nutritional log every week that will be in a format that is simple for you to accomplish. Not all your weeks will look the same, one week I may have you do a Monday - Wednesday, then another week you will be asked to do a Thursday-Saturday, this way I can get a good idea of how your current nutritional habits are working and change with you daily.
I want you to be able to spend your time and energy on practical changes that may be suggested to you and not on counting calories and logging food, so all forms/logs will be simple and my communication with you will be detailed. We will work on making changes that are practical and realistic and that will work for you at that moment in life.
I never want you to feel alone in this process, so we will have weekly chats via phone, email, or video. At the end of the 6 weeks, if you feel we need to keep working together you will be able to add more time.
