You will receive an phone call from me to go over the program. Then you will receive an email asking you to create a password for our platform were you be able to input personal information and have access to the program that will start on August 1st, 2017.
WHY SHOULD I DO IT?
If you lack motivation and need help turning your “good intentions” into life habit If you are needing to tone up, lose a couple of pounds, or need more energy If you need structure and a system set out for you If you want to commit to improving your life that will help with stress, hydration, nutrition, endurance, and strength If you want to drop a size and have a good cause to donate your clothing to.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you input your information, you will have access to the site. You will be given a workout to do most days of the week, there are two rest days. If you need any regressions/progressions please let me know so I can assist you. I will ask you to take a picture of you and the piece of clothing you plan on using at the end of the challenge, to see how well you did. I will also ask you to weight yourself and take any measurements you feel comfortable with. Every day you will log into your workout and once you complete the workout mark finished. We will be able to communicate in the site, social media, text messages, phone calls and live chat. You make a commitment for the next 8 weeks to do the program. I make a commitment to motivate and assist you through the program.
WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?
Depends on how committed you are, how hard you work and if you embrace the program. Those that have committed to the program has seen at least a 1 pound loss per week.
WHAT ABOUT EXERCISE?
You will receive a program that is set out for 8 weeks. You will be on the same program as others. If modifications are needed please let me know. You will have two days of cardio, 3 days of strength training and two days of rest. Remember 80% Nutrition 20% Exercise!
WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
While I cannot provide a meal plan, I can counsel you on nutrition by advising or recommending proper nutrition habits and direct you to sites that can help with meal planning. We will talk about calories, nutrients, portions and recipes.
