Welcome to F2M, Fat to Muscles!!
This program is designed to develop hypertrophy and endurance of the muscles and is for women who are looking to build strength, muscles, and decrease fat with three days a week to workout. This is also a good one to start off with if you are a beginner to intermediate experience. The goal is to incorporate all the major movements, get some cardio, and hit those abs to help you achieve your goal of feeling stronger and looking better!
I do recommend that you have access to dumbbells, a lighter, and a heavier set since this program will be using them. If you have kettlebells that will be great to use too!!
Your 4 weeks will include:
- 3 workouts a week that incorporate full body workouts allowing you to choose the day and the workout you want to do. That is 12 workouts for the month that you will get with this plan.
- Recommended general cardio or HIIT days.
- Nutritional guidance
- 24/7 messaging via email, text message, IG or FB with me, I will respond within 24 hours.
