Welcome to F2M, Fat to Muscles!!
This program is designed to develop hypertrophy and endurance of the muscles and is for women who are looking to build strength, muscles, and decrease fat with three days a week to workout. This is also a good one to start off with if you are a beginner to intermediate experience. The goal is to incorporate all the major movements, get some cardio, and hit those abs to help you achieve your goal of feeling stronger and looking better!
Your 4 weeks will include:
- 3 workouts that incorporate full body workouts over the week, allowing you to choose your days and workouts. That is 12 workouts for the month with this plan.
- Recommended general cardio or HIIT days.
- Nutritional guidance
- 24/7 messaging via email, text, IG or FB with me, I will respond within 24 hours.
- You will need access to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and etc.
