This challenge is for women who want to try and drop a size in 2 month, then donate some of their clothing that is now too big for them to a local women's shelter of your choice. What do you get with this online program?
A 5-day workout program that you can access from your phone, tablet or computer. This program can be done at home, outside or the gym at a time that is convenient for you.
You will have cardio, resistance training utilizing your bodyweight or a resistance band/tube, stretching and regressions/progressions for those who may need them.
Nutritional guidance set to your individual caloric intake.
Access to me 7 days a week through email/text messages/social media.
