Yum! Junk Food!

Sweet, salty or high fat and all are so good, at least taste wise. Don’t tell anyone but mine is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. There are times our cravings for that one junk food, that we love, takes on a life of its own. I know we all have experience that feeling, the craving just sticks with you until you satisfy it by giving in and taking a bite, or two, or three.

Giving in once in a while is fine just not every day. It’s called JUNK FOOD for a reason, usually high in fat, high in calories and highly processed, which none are good for you. So how do you fight those pesky cravings? I am not going to bore you, hopefully not too much, with a long list of tips. These are my four favorites.

Don’t skip a meal. If you not hungry you have a better chance at not feeling those craving pains.

Don’t keep those temptations around you. The further you have to go the less likely you will give in.

Get active. A lot of times if you just get up and do something those cravings will go away.

Find a replacement. There are plenty of healthier options that can satisfy your craving. It’s just finding the right one for you. My replacement is homemade chocolate and peanut butter protein balls.

How do you deal with your cravings?

Hi guys!! Welcome to my thoughts and just some health information that I hope you can use! Let me just state this now. I am not a writer, English major, or even a blogger, so there will be mistakes in here.

This is where I keep it real and try to provide you with useful information and a little bit about myself. I am not flashy and don't feel that I need to post half naked bodies to get my point across. There is enough of that and I am not any part of it.

Have something you want to talk about or a question? Just leave me a comment or message and I will get back with you. Now let get talking!
