What diet do you recommend? I love questions like this!! Okay, no really I don’t.
Diet wise, what may work for one person may not for another plus many of the diets out there are just fad diets. So here is my answer in 4 tips:
Portion control - Stop supersizing and start eating portions that are right for you.
Consume mostly whole foods - I can’t stress this one enough.
Keep your sweets, salty, or crunchy snacks to a minimum, in fact don’t even have them in the house.
Move at least 30 minutes 5 days a week, mix it with cardio and strength - I can’t say this one enough either.
This isn’t anything new. Everyone has heard these tips from numerous people but many individuals don’t want to pay attention to it because it isn’t fast, not a miracle, or sexy. This is boring, takes time, but is the truth.
