Log, Log, Logging is Boring!
No one likes logging in their nutrition and workouts, it's Boring!! I know I am one of the worst at it, yet I ask my clients to keep a log. Look there are benefits to logging in your nutrition and workouts, find out below. Oh before I tell you the benefits, I am going to give you my top three tips to logging.
