Why do we feel the need to reward with food after we finish a workout? I don't mean good for you food, I am talking about high calorie, high fat, not good for you foods.
Guess what scales and BMI charts lie to us! They don’t take into consideration muscle mass or water retention. How about I put it this way, you can be athletic with good muscle tone and that scale/BMI chart will place you as overweight or your weight can put you in the normal range but you carry more fat than muscle.
